We are located 10 km from the small town of Gualdo Tadino where you will find all the amenities you need and the mainline railway station.  We are 3 km from the centre of the village of Grello.

We really are situated in the middle of these woods and consequently, the last 500m of road is unsurfaced and not always in perfect condition. Having said that it is always passable with care.

We are 40 minutes from Perugia Airport. Gubbio and Assisi are both a 40-minute drive away.

The airports of Rome and Pisa are about 2 1/2 hours away and Ancona an hour.
